Blogging Fieldtrip 3

The last comment i left was on Raini's blog. I love the picture of her eye and the quote is really relatable, "i use to be easy going". It really stood out to me, first because i really liked the picture of her eye, then the quote, and it went together so well. In my comment i mentioned eyes being the gateway to the soul. Because i read that somewhere and i think it's so true, you change all the time, but your eyes always stay the same, sort of showing everything you've seen. Your eyes can give away how your feeling completely.

The second comment i left was on taylors blog. I really liked this short story she did for the wallpaper. I'm really into those creepy little stories online, but i'm never creative enough to come up with one of my own, so i thought this was so cool. I like how it's a bit vague and doesn't really tell you exactly what's going on, but the main character is clearly freaked out! Anyways, i thought this story was really cool, and i've been looking up scary stories online for my twitter fiction and this was really helpful, it's really detailed. Little details are clearly very important! :)

The first place I left a comment was on Kaitlyns blog. The post that stood out to me the most, was her most recent one about traveling. I've wanted to travel for a long time now and I haven't been to many places either. I can relate a lot to what shes talking about. Going new places, and learning about different cultures teaches you so much more, than if you were to just read about it in a book.
The main reason I want to travel is to learn new things, and gain more experiences. Because you could change your mind on the rest of your life just by staying somewhere for a couple months, instead of never leaving your city.

Grade 12 plans

I'm really looking forward to my grade 12 year, I have a lot planned and I hope it'll be my favourite year, (considering it's my last). I'm really nervous about graduating, even though I have a ways to go, it scares me a lot! I have a lot to look forward to at least.
My mom planned for me, her, her best friend Gwennette, and her daughter to all go to New York and that's where I'm buying my grad dress, so it's pretty exciting already. And I haven't really been to that many places, and it doesn't really get any better than New York, I don't think! Also me and all my friends are planning to go on a little senior trip together, somewhere warm definitely! I'm really hoping these trips turn out great. Aside from that, I'm going to try to do as much as I can my senior year, I want to keep it as memorable as I can and do everything I still can before I have to start being responsible (while keeping up with school, of course).
I'm pretty sure I have college figured out a little so far, I have no idea what I want to do for a career, so I'm just going to take a bunch of classes that interest me and maybe ill find out what I like. And after a year if I still don't know, I'll take a break from school and travel a bit, because my aunt did that and it helped her a lot, so hopefully it helps in my case too.
I actually can't even imagine graduating already, I don't even wanna know how the grade 12's now feel, probably excited actually!

Hate list
Jennifer Brown
Beginning-100
This is by far my favourite book I've read this year, it's pretty long which I really like, but not too much. I feel really bad for the main character, Valerie - Little bit of explaining why- her boyfriend shot down the school, basically aiming for people she and him had in this book where they wrote down names of people who bullied them, things they didn't like, or just family issues, things like that. Nick, her boyfriend, was obviously emotionally unstable and pushed to the edge, leading him to do that. And I'm not saying anyone on that list deserved to die, because no one does no matter what, but it was obviously just the only option for him. I think he wanted to be the tough one for once.
Valerie was definitely a big part in the whole scenario, but unlike Nick, that book was just a way for her to vent, I think. While for him it was a plan, maybe..? She saved the life of a girl who bullied her constantly, I think that should be proof enough that she didn't know what he was planning. I feel really bad that she's being blamed for what Nick did.

Disney On Ice

Recently I went to Disney on Ice with Jenni and Rayna. Even though it's a bit childish I don't know who would turn that down! It was SO fun, and I probably spent way too much money, but it was really worth it.
